The homeowners of this multi-story West London property required a unified, high-ticket interior modernization across their main living room, central staircase, and bedrooms. The goal was to remove mismatched finishes and introduce high-functioning bespoke storage while maintaining a clean, minimalist aesthetic flowing from floor to floor.
Our Execution & Craftsmanship
- Bespoke Bedroom Wardrobes: Our joinery division designed and built built-in bedroom storage to maximize spatial footprints. This included ultra-modern, floor-to-ceiling sliding wardrobe tracks with full-length mirrors to broaden the rooms visually, alongside seamless, flush-faced handleless hinged wardrobes fitted precisely into structural alcoves.
- Premium Flooring Crossover: We applied a two-tone texture strategy to optimize comfort and longevity. Ground floors and bedrooms received a uniform installation of premium wood-grain Luxury Vinyl Tiling (LVT) planks for a resilient, level finish. For the central staircase, we executed a structural balustrade upgrade and encased the treads in a deep, plush luxury grey carpet that stretches cleanly onto the upper landing thresholds.
- Meticulous Painting & Decorating: To achieve a premium finish, our decorators conducted rigorous multi-stage surface preparation across all rooms. Every wall, radiator nook, and timber frame was repaired, smoothed down, and coated in a flat-matte neutral paint, establishing razor-sharp lines against the brilliant white skirting boards and coving.
