The Client's Brief & Scope
Derick Ground Floor
The ground floor refurbishment at the Derick property required an immaculate, high-durability finish capable of handling heavy daily traffic while establishing an expansive, modern visual flow. The original layout suffered from uneven flooring heights and dated wall finishes. The scope prioritized flawless subfloor remediation to ensure a completely flat, seamless run across the entire ground floor footprint.
Our Execution & Craftsmanship
- Flawless Subfloor Preparation: A premium floor is only as stable as the groundwork beneath it. Our installation teams stripped back the original layers, thoroughly prepped the base, and applied high-grade leveling compounds to eliminate any structural dips or height variances across the thresholds.
- Premium LVT Installation: Once the base was structurally flat, we supplied and precisely fitted premium wood-grain Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) planks. The layout was masterfully aligned with the longest lines of the floor plan to draw natural light deeper into the space, offering maximum wear resistance without a single generic cutting flaw.
- Master Painting & Finishing: Following our rigid multi-stage preparation standards, the walls and trim details were meticulously sanded, filled, and coated in a flat-matte premium finish. This process created exceptionally sharp, clean boundaries where the neutral walls meet the brilliant white base skirting boards and entry thresholds.
