The Client’s Brief & Scope
The objective for this residential property on Meath Road was to transform a master bedroom into a clean, modern space that balances long-term functionality with an elegant aesthetic finish. The room required extensive groundwork, moving away from aging, uneven floorboards to a sleek, durable alternative, alongside an immaculate wall surface rejuvenation.
Our Execution & Craftsmanship
- Meticulous Subfloor Prep: We began by lifting the previous floor finishes and conducting a rigorous subfloor inspection. Our installation team leveled, smoothed, and stabilized the groundwork to prevent any movement over time, creating a perfect base for the top layers.
- Premium LVT Fitting: Once completely prepped, we supplied and flawlessly fitted high-durability, gray wood-grain Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) planks. The layout was planned carefully to maximize the natural light flowing into the room, creating an expansive look.
- Master Painting & Decorating: The walls underwent full surface repairs, patch-filling, and sanding before receiving multiple coats of premium matte neutral paint. We achieved ultra-crisp boundaries where the walls meet the brilliant white coving, radiators, and structural skirting boards.
